Mr. Ture joined the Board in August 2006, and became Chief Operating Officer in October 2007. From 2004 to present he has been a consultant for Kosai International Ltd., a company for which he has served as director since 2004. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Ture was an independent consultant for small and medium sized businesses. Between 1989 and 2000, Mr. Ture was the Chief Financial Officer of Compaq Computer France (a subsidiary of Compaq Computer Corporation). From 1985 to 1989 Mr. Ture was the Chief Financial Officer of Northern Telecom in France. From 1975 to 1985, Mr. Ture held different local, regional, and worldwide managerial roles in the area of Financial Control and Operations at Texas Instruments Inc. in France, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Mr. Ture received his Master's degree in Business Administration from Columbia University, Graduate School of Business Administration in 1974 and his Master's degree in Political Science in 1971. He received his undergraduate degree from Academie of Grenoble, Institut Notre Dame in 1968. |
